Former Senator Hannibal Diniz must occupy the vacancy of Jarbas Valente
Sao Paulo-the President Dilma Rousseff sent the Senate the nomination of Hannibal Diniz, a former Senator for the EN of Acre, for as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel).
The information is set out in Decree published in the Official Gazette on Monday. Diniz must occupy the position of Jarbas Valente.
The President also referred to the Senate the nomination of lawyer Otávio Luiz Rodrigues Junior also for the position of Director of the Agency, in the wave of Marcelo Bechara.
